Office Administration in Ireland

Job Overview:

Come to Ireland to help this effective team with their administrative needs, while experiencing the culture and being part of the team’s work and community.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide a warm welcome to staff/guests

  • Assist with office communications

  • Assist with office stationary orders/requests

  • Help provide administrative support to other OM Ireland departments as needed

  • Assist with maintaining the database system (Petra)

Proposed Weekly Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

    8:30 - Team Devotions starting with devotions at 8.30am and our office is opened from

  • 9:00-:5:00 - Office Hours

  • You would also take a full and active part in the social and spiritual life of OM Ireland community (devotions, prayer emphasis day social activities)

Additional Info:

  • All interns must formally accept and abide by OM USA’s Statement of Faith for the duration of the internship

  • International internships are not paid positions and all financial needs should be covered with personal support

  • Accepting applications flexible start and finish times during the SUMMER Months.

  • Home-stay with a National is dependent on circumstances

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • A heart and passion for evangelism and mission mobilization

  • Working knowledge of computer software/programs currently in use by OM Ireland

  • Proficient in the English language

Qualifications of on-field supervisor:

  • Five years of international missions experience and a master degree in Music Education

Accreditation:

  • Degree Credit available upon the approval of your university/college supervisors.
